To confirm your project, we require a 50% advance payment. This ensures that the necessary resources and time are dedicated to your project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion or at the time of final delivery, whichever comes first.
If, after paying the 50% advance, you choose to discontinue the project, we will refund 50% of the advance payment. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the project initiation.
We value clear communication with our clients. If you need clarification or would like to discuss your project in detail, we offer Zoom meetings to ensure alignment with your expectations. Please request a meeting through our contact page, and we will arrange a convenient time.
The estimated timeline for project completion is provided upon final agreement. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays may occur depending on client feedback or unforeseen circumstances.
You will own all deliverables upon final payment. XntraSol retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Any major modifications requested after final approval may incur additional charges. These changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
XntraSol is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the services rendered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which XntraSol operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
